I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in my double room. The linens were soft. The breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly baked bread rolls. It was nice to have the option of different food to cater to various diets. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and the Carolus Thermal Spa, which I found ideal for exploring and relaxing. The check-in process was a bit confusing for me. I wasn't prepared for the self-service key code system. I encountered some issues with the water pressure in the shower. The common areas of the hotel appeared old, giving a somewhat uninviting vibe. It had some wonderful aspects but areas needing attention, especially in the check-in experience and maintenance of common spaces.
